Store notice: store close from 24/Dec/2019 for three weeks

Dear all

We would like to thank you for your support for 2019 and sincerely hope you buy more before Xmas, because……

We are leaving for overseas from 24/Dec/2019 for about three weeks (again) just like last year.

Like before, during the store close, we will still accept preorder deposits but cannot post out items. Any accidental checkout of instore items, we will either refund you or post out after we come back. Do not panic, we are not closing down or fleeing the country for the following reasons (as you can see the willingness to return will be extremely high):

  1. this is NOT even a holiday, just some residual legal $h*t I had to continue after my dad’s pass away;
  2. I will be staying with my parents-in-law for mostly every day while temperature outside would be around minus 10 degree;
  3. I can access Facebook regularly via VPN but not every day.

Last shipping day is 23/Dec/2019.

Merry Xmas and Happy new year. Don’t forget to settle your preorders.

regards,

Savier’s Toys

We will clean up unsettled preorder items before Xmas

Hi all

Thank you for choosing Savier’s Toys.

As for the Xmas shopping season coming, we will start going through all unsettled preorder (except the recent arrived ones) items in the past two years and release them from reservation so other people can purchase them.

You can find your existing preorder items at My Orders.

Please note this is not a strict enforcement.

If you are still interested in certain items but want to delay the settlement, please send us email at support@tftoys.com.au to let us know your reservation.

If you are trying to settle a preorder but find that item no longer has “balance payment” option, please also let us know and provide your deposit order number, we will still deduct your deposit from your purchase.

TIP: you can check out your preorder item using “bank transfer” option without paying and leave a msg saying you want to settle it later. By doing this, it will reserve the inventory in our system and leave a record for me to remember.

regards,

Xin
