The symptom is:
When you add item(s) to the cart, you will:
- sometimes see critical error page; if not, then
- you will be able to check out. However, the “x” button does not really delete items from the cart. It tells you it is removed but after page refresh, it will show again.
While we are waiting for a technical support response, the temporary solution is:
- if you see the critical error, try another browser, or clear cookies, close the browser and reopen, then try again.
- to properly delete items from the shopping cart, adjust the quantity to zero and click update.
You will not lose the transaction record due to this error.
